Categories within the Paypal shop app

I would like to create a sidebar with a categories list with sub-categories in drop-downs.

For example...

Category: - Blog - Portfolio - Shop

Style: - Minimal - Illustrative

And so on, could you point in the right direction to achieving this, if it is possible?
