Where can I find the css for the different editors so I can control the text colour on the website?
I'm not sure I understand what you mean. If you want to add CSS you just do that in your regular stylesheet, it doesn't have anything to do with the editors.
For instance, when I add text to my site through ckeditor, the text colour is grey.
That is controlled through your site's CSS.
