Backup issue

Hi,

I'm using the Perch backup app on a Perch 2 website, but when clicking 'Create Backup' it appears to load but I never get a file download, so if it is backing up I have no idea where it goes.

If it helps I'm using Safari on a Mac and here's my Perch diagnostic summery:

SUMMARY INFORMATION

In addition, when clicking 'crete backup' on 'entire CMS folder' I get the following error:

'Unable to open temporary file 'pclzip-56b1e8ea9eafe.gz' in binary write mode [code -1]'

Many thanks for you help,

Alex

That sounds like a file permission error. Does it work in your dev environment?
