Why can't I post content into Perch text editors?
Hi guys, I've tried this with the default markitup editor and I've now installed Redactor - for some reason I can't paste text content directly into the editor pane so have to type everything in again.
Is there an attribute I need to add to enable pasting into editor panes? I've already added html="true" if it makes a difference?
No there is nothing in Perch that would cause that. Sounds more like a local issue with your browser etc.
You're absolutely right! My browser of choice is Chrome on the Mac and for some reason I can't paste into editor fields, but with Safari it works just fine… don't suppose you've got any idea why Chrome would be blocking that?
Am I the only one that thinks there's been some weirdness with Chrome since they stopped using the webkit engine?
