Bug in date field

Hi Drew,
there seems to be a problem with the date field in the backend of the current version of Perch. The month March is not filled properly and that confuses some clients of mine. This is, what Firefox shows in the source code:

<select id="perch_769_newsdate_month" class="" name="perch_769_newsdate_month">
<option value="01">Jan</option>
<option value="02">Feb</option>
<option selected="selected" value="03"></option>
<option value="04">Apr</option>
<option value="05">Mai</option>
<option value="06">Jun</option>
<option value="07">Jul</option>
<option value="08">Aug</option>
<option value="09">Sep</option>
<option value="10">Okt</option>
<option value="11">Nov</option>
<option value="12">Dez</option>
</select>

Here's the short diagnostics report of one of the pages affected:

Hope, that’s a quick fix. :) Best for now, Nils.
