Problem Upgrading from 1 > 2 [SOLVED]
Ive upgraded all of my other sites from Perch 1 to 2 and it's all been fairly straight forward but I'm falling at the first hurdle today!

And when I upload Perch2 to my server and visit saintfieldhighschool.com/ucontrol I get this:

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'DIR/../core/inc/pre_config.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php:/usr/local/php5/lib/pear') in /home/ftp_conet_customer_sites/saintfieldhighschool.com/ucontrol/setup/index.php on line 3
When I change the folder names back, it all works. Any ideas guys?
Did this server pass the compatibility test?
I didn't do one but it's the same server I use for all of my Perch sites (20+)
Ah for crying out loud... I did the server compatibility test just to see if it threw up any errors and wouldn't you know this particular domain is running PHP 5.2.17.
