I'm looking some advice on best practice to style up the admin theme in Perch 3?
Where should i add Custom Stylesheets? Where should image etc be stored?
Any Advice, Tips or Hints would be of great help !

Perch doesn't have any concept of admin themes.
If you want to add your own CSS etc. then you can do so in the manner described here: https://docs.grabaperch.com/api/custom-ui/
