Access account with forgotten email

What would you suggest if I need to update the staging domain for a client, but they cannot find out what their Perch email and password are?

I have the licence key they purchased.

The account holder should contact us with as much detail as they have. If the license was purchased by a third party - not your client - then they would need to have that third party contact us as a license is owned by the person who purchased it.
