Perch 3 Rocks!, but where is Asset Search?

I have noticed since upgrading to Perch 3 that the Search function in Assets no longer exists. I see that we have an extra filter "Tags" which is great, but when you filter "By Tag" it shows all tags from all Buckets. I have 27 Buckets and hundreds of assets and if each asset has a tag associated with it that's a lot of tags to display.

My questions are as follows: Is the removal of the search function permanent? Is it possible to filter by Tag within a selected Bucket? Is it possible to filter by Type within a selected Bucket?
