Customize Redactor 2 in Perch 3

I tried to customize Redactor in Perch 3, but as it is pre-installed I could not link to the right folder, it always uses the default version. I wanted to add the source-plugin described here: https://forum.grabaperch.com/forum/07-05-2016-redactor-ii-htmlcode-view Thanks for your help!
