I want to create a new identically formatted page -what is the quick way to do this
If you mean a page with the same Regions and templates then you would create a Master Page and then select a page to copy that information from.

We don't currently have a way to completely copy a page including the content, although it is something that a lot of people want so will most likely be in the set of features planned for Perch and Runway 2.9.
