Need help to fix a few issues

I have an important clients site running on Perch and its generally working fine, but there are a few small issues and errors in the background that concern me and I need to get them fixed - it may require a bit of back and forth between us and I don't always feel that creating a new thread on here is the best way to do it.

Is there anyone willing to help me with this via email or directly on here? Im not very good with php so I need someone who is!
