Page Ordering - Runway

I seem to be having trouble ordering sub-pages on a site. I have re-ordered them in admin but the order is not reflected on the website itself. Any idea what I am doing wrong?

Code in page:

                      'navgroup' =>'guns-for-sale',
                      'template' =>'side-links.html',
                      'levels' => 2

Have you ordered them in the navgroup?

Sorry. Now realise that navgroups are separate and can be re-ordered separately. Fixed.
