Categories vs Pages
Hi, this may have been asked before but I can't seem to find it.
With Runway what are the advantages of categories when the navigation seems to run from the Pages? Categories seem redundant but I'm worried I'm missing something fundamental?

Categories run right through Perch - so you can use the same Categories in Blog as you use to Categorize other things. However if you don't need to Categorize things, you don't need Categories.
Essentially, people were using the blog app for non-blog stuff purely to get categories (in order to build something like a Portfolio site, product listing etc.) so we added Categories as something that could be used through all the apps or with content. If what you actually have is a page, I'd use a page.
