Old data reappearing

Hi all,

Got an issue with one of my clients who for the 3rd time now has notified us of old data returning to the live site.

Data in question is a staff member portfolio which was removed when staff member left company, this has been done twice. Now once again she is back on the live page. Any idea how this can be coming back after deletion?

Just to confirm the data hasn't been re-added manually, is there anyway to check logs to see what could be going on? Has anyone experienced this before?
