Remove posts from back end

My client advertises jobs to people and on every job listed there is a closing date. I have it setup so that when the date passes, the jobs dissapear from the front end of the site, however, is there anyway of removing them from Perch (the backend) altogether as they currently have over 4,000 jobs and it's a bit out of hand.

If not, can they be archived somewhere in the back end?

I set them up as the list detail pages so it's not actual blog posts.

Is this a content region or a collection?

A content region Drew.

Ok. I wouldn't keep 4000 items in a content region - I can see why you'd want to delete some.

There's not currently a bulk delete or automatic delete. You'll have to click the button manually.
