Assets not listed after Upgrade to Perch 2.5.1

I've upgraded a site from 1.8.4 to 2.5.1 and I'm not seeing any Assets listed (in the Assets panel or on the Assets page). All images and files have been moved to /perch/resources but they aren't listed in the admin. All my settings and content areas have upgraded OK, just assets that are not listed.

Should I republish all pages? or is there something else I can do to get Assets listed?
