More than one 'blog' on a Perch site, with different path/slug settings?

We currently have a Perch 'blog' on a site. We use categories to load things to different pages, but will probably convert to 'sections' for this instead. Sections were not an option when this was set up. In Perch Settings (Blog) we have ... Blog post page path = /news/{postSlug} Slug format = %Y%m%d-{postTitle}

We are planning (sometime) to convert an existing WordPress blog to Perch Blog. Some tests show this works well. We'll set up a separate section for this, so we can retain the imported categories. We will filter the content of that section to just show those items on the pages. However, we will be putting this Perch Blog into the existing WP location on the server - so need a Blog post page path = /blog/{postSlug} and the Slug format is also different because we want to retain the same URL format as the current blog.

Is this possible? Two different Blog post page path and Slug format settings. Thanks, Graham

You can use {sectionSlug} in the page path - does that help?

Yes, that might - I'll take a look. We're also considering freezing the current WP blog and starting a new Perch one at the site instead. That's my recommended route and is the cleanest solution. Then everything they already have continues working well and everything new is tidier and within the existing blog/news structure and URL format.
