How many List and details in Perch Control panel before paging starts

I have a list and detail page. The client has added 32 list items so far and will probably get longer. There is no paging so far in the control panel.

How long does the list get in the Perch control panel before it it starts paging this list. Or is there no paging at all?

If the site was in Perch Runway how are very long list and details (300+) handled in the control panel. How does it differ.

I think there's no paging. Runway is designed for larger items and so has paging.
