Renaming an App

Is there an easy way to rename an App?

Basically I can see the functionality of the Blog App working well for a mini business directory where users can filter the categories of the businesses, rather than blog posts.

It would be good to be able to rename the 'App' title in Perch's CMS so that the client who is adding the businesses does not see the facility as a "blog".
