List view for user-generated pages.

I'm creating basically the same thing as this solution: (https://solutions.grabaperch.com/architecture/how-do-i-create-list-detail-pages).

The difference is, the "detail" page will be generated from a page template by the user, and will contain multiple content regions (Body, Gallery, etc). The list view will be generated from the main content region.

I'm wondering if there's a way to output the generated page's url into a template. Right now, the only way I can see to accomplish what I want is to either have a field where the user manually pastes the page url for every page generated, or generate a slug for a "title" field and just hope that it matches what the user has made the page url. Since both solutions are either more complicated than I'd like or open to human error, I was hoping there was a way around this.
