Not receiving any reset email password

Hi There,

Our content editors are not receiving their reset password emails, I have tested this a few times and haven't received one.

I even tried to reset my password even though I already knew it. I didnt get the email and I still could login using the previous password.

I turned on my debug and this is the message I see when I click on submit (When reseting my password)

Debug Message
[31] SELECT DISTINCT settingID, settingValue FROM perch2_settings WHERE userID=0

Have you been able to send any e-mail through this Perch installation?
Some hosts only allow sending e-mail with a certain address specified in the hosts admin area.
At least that's what happened to me once. I had to set Perch to use that specific address and from then on sending e-mails worked.

Have you tried the dedicated email testing tool in Settings?

I just tried the dedicated email testing tool and the email came through fine.

So Perch can send email, it doesn't look like there is an issue in debug - Perch and therefore PHP believes the email to be sent. You should raise a ticket with your host to see if there is some routing issue causing the problem.
