Autopopulate Form Input Field With Page URL

Is it possible to create a hidden field in a form that Perch would populate with the url of the page that displays the form? A customer wants to be able to create landing pages that contain a form, and it would be best if there would be a field of the form that differentiates the submissions by landing page.
