Theme Customization

Clive created a really cool list of third party add ons in a recent post https://forum.grabaperch.com/forum/08-04-2018-a-list-of-third-party-add-ons. Well he included my UI Customization which was kind of a half done deal. So I felt like I should take some time and actually make the project closer to finished. If anyone has looked at it before you might like it a little better now as the offset colors stand out a little better against the darker theme. Also I have added some hover and active css to make it more user friendly IMO. If you like using it as your UI/ Theme please take some time and add any complaints or improvements you would like to see to the CSS. Or just fork it and make it your own.
