Href path to add blog button to my main website navigation

I am almost ready to launch my blog, which I've been accessing through https://resumerelief.com/blog/

What I am wondering though is about the path I should set when I add the blog navigation button on my other website pages, which are in my public_html folder.

I set up my folders within my directory according to your videos and documentation, meaning my blog folder is at public_html/blog and my perch folder is at public_html/perch/

I know I'm an amateur at coding, so sorry for the silly question, but I don't know what to add as the href in the below:
