Blog not showing correctly

I made my blog, but my posts doesn't show the picture at all (it was at first, until i added redactor editor) and my posts keep showing up with the html markup showing and not formatted correctly. See the post here:

1. the small title that says "the process of jesus has hindered' is actually supposed to be my image.
2. I can't figure out how to remove the "porsha bursey" off of the bottom of the post.
