Updating database with settings only, not content

So I have this page that my client has been using to put his own content, now I have made some changes to the CMS (added a collection and the search interface). Now I want to update his Perch In the server but I dont want to delete all the blog and collection entries he has made in the DB.
How do I update only the pages and other settings I might have changed without losing my clients content?

You'd need to create your collection on the live version by hand.

Is there a way I can do that without repeating everything. I mean I made a bunch of change in the options of other pages, included some staff in search and removed others... etc. Do I have to repeat everything in the production? Isn't there and easier way that is less error prone? May be migrate only certain tables?

Thanks

There's not currently. This is something I've been thinking about in terms of possible feature development, but I don't have an immediate solution.

Thanks, I hope it comes. Right now it's kind of a pain to handle staging and production env.
