Optional Tripadvisor widgets

On each page, I'd like to give my clients the option to add a trip advisor widget in the right column. I want to make it optional because on some pages it would look unbalanced with the right column far taller than the body column.

Is it possible to give the clients a simple yes / no option, in the Perch control panel, which would add the code or remove it as required?
