Missing Documentation?

Hi guys,

Just looking to find a little documentation - I think it got either moved or removed in the new visual upgrade to this site?

I've also noticed today that I can't seem to find docs for a couple of functions that I need to use - could somebody lay out what get_posted_content actually does?
