Is it possible to add content to top inside a repeater instead of bottom?

I think when you add a new repeater item it always appears at the bottom of the list.
You can re-order by dragging the item once it is created - hover over the repeater number with your mouse and you get a little drag icon.
The other option is to use a multiple item region, which gives you access to more sorting and filtering options.
