Members App - Just secure 1 page

I want to have 1 page that has some private news items on it to be secured.

I have added the members app, created registration and login forms, but can't find out how I secure just 1 page.

The only options in the Perch admin I see are to Restrict Users by Tags. Is there not an option to allow access if a user has a tag?

I have looked through documentation and can't find a solution there. Maybe I'm not looking properly...
