Backup app available to editors?

Is the backup option available to Editors?

In the installation documentation it says the app will add two settings to the Settings page - one to hide it from editors and the other for the MYSQL dump. In my Settings page I only see the option to add a path for the MYSQL dump and no option to show/hide from editors. I want my editor to be able to backup her site on a regular basis without having to come to me to do this.

Can you advise?
