How do you make content editable such as footers for a client

Hi

OK so I understand how to use layouts for common site elements but what if I the client wanted to edit say the footer of the site or something in the header etc... I currently have them saved as a layout but clients can not access this. I know I had the same issue with WordPress but in another CMS called CMS Made Simple there was a hand feature where you could list common elements directly in the CMS where clients could access them. Is this possible in Perch?

Thanks Andrew

Yes you can set a Region to be shared. Then the same content is available on all pages. https://docs.grabaperch.com/video/v/shared-regions/

Thanks works a treat!
