User-filtered list with checkboxes instead of select tags
In the User-filtered list tutorial <select> tags are used.
Would it be possible to do the same thing with checkboxes? I've been reading up on the accessibility of <select> tags and it seems like checkboxes would be a more user-friendly option.
The semantic equivalent to a basic select would be a radio button set, wouldn't it? Checkboxes would allow for the selection of multiple items, not just one.
