Remove debug

I know this must be straight forward, but I have turned debug on somewhere and i just cant see how to turn it off. It is showing up in my perch admin pages and confusing my client! I have tried the diagnostics tab in settings, and I cant see i added anything to my index.php file. Where else can i look? Thanks
