Removing add-ons from Perch

I'm trying to remove an Add-on that I've previously installed (the forms app, incidentally)

I've tried :

Removing 'perch_forms' from the $apps_list array in config/apps.php

Renaming the addons/apps/perch_forms folder to something else

It's still appearing in the Apps dropdown in the admin.

Anyone know a solution?
