White Screen after moving server

Hi

I've moved a dev site from an old server to a new server and I am getting a white screen on the front-end. The back-end is working and here are the diagnostics;

Perch Runway: 3.0.10, PHP: 5.6.38, MySQL: mysqlnd 5.0.11-dev - 20120503 - $Id: 76b08b24596e12d4553bd41fc93cccd5bac2fe7a $, with PDO
Server OS: Linux, cgi-fcgi
Installed apps: content (3.0.10), assets (3.0.10), categories (3.0.10), perch_blog (5.5.1), stotto_create_order (1), perch_shop_orders (1.2.5), perch_shop_products (1.2.5), perch_shop (1.2.5), perch_members (1.6.2), pipit_catalog (1.1.0)
App runtimes: <?php $apps_list = array( 'perch_members', 'perch_shop', 'perch_blog', 'stotto_create_order', );
PERCH_LOGINPATH: /perch
PERCH_PATH: /home/stottoco/public_html/dev/perch
PERCH_CORE: /home/stottoco/public_html/dev/perch/core
PERCH_RESFILEPATH: /home/stottoco/public_html/dev/perch/resources
Image manipulation: GD
PHP limits: Max upload 2M, Max POST 8M, Memory: 128M, Total max file upload: 2M
F1: 3b606135b33e6a102526838f4152a807
Resource folder writeable: Yes
HTTP_HOST: dev.stotto.co.uk
DOCUMENT_ROOT: /home/stottoco/public_html/dev
REQUEST_URI: /perch/core/settings/diagnostics/
SCRIPT_NAME: /perch/core/settings/diagnostics/index.php

I've looked through the help doc about white screens and looking at my error log on the server. Its saying this;

[core:crit] [pid 28509] (13)Permission denied: [client 5.8.10.202:45470] AH00529: /home/stottoco/public_html/.htaccess pcfg_openfile: unable to check htaccess file, ensure it is readable and that '/home/stottoco/public_html/' is executable

The htaccess is readable and /home/stottoco/public_html/ permission is currently 750

This is a new dedicated server the client has got, so maybe it needs something adding/allowing on the server? I thought I would check here in-case I needed to do something this end?

I think you will need to speak to your host as that isn't a Perch issue.

Ok, thanks. Thought I'd check first.
