My customer, after years of trouble free usage, suddenly cannot enter details of employment positions he has to offer. On the Primary Admin computer there is no problem, all data can be added to all fileds. I would like to send you a screen shot of what he is seeing but cannot see how to do that.

This is always troubling to read:
For that suddenly to occur, something has changed. Do you have any ideas what might have changed?
That version of Perch isn't supported any more, so you should plan to update to at least 2.8.34, which was the last version of Perch 2.
I haven't done this for years! Where can I find instructions / help in upgrading Perch version please?
I have downloaded version 2.8.34 - what do I do now please?

I have now upgraded to Perch 2.8.34 but we still have the same problem. My customer cannot access the the Requirements and Company fields on his PC, but I can on my PC. This an example page where I have filled in those fields because he cannot. https://www.ultraforce.co.uk/job-hunter/leisureforce/leisureforce.php? I have asked him to try accessing these fields on another computer in the same block of apartments where he has his office
Can you explain further? Are the fields not listed for them, but listed for you (the primary admin)? Or can they see the fields, but are not able to fill/edit them?
He can see these two fields as normal, but when he clicks in the field it does not permit him to enter text, or edit text that is already there. The titles of the fields are greyed out.
We have established that it is only my customer's brand new Windows 10 PC that will not permit entry into these two fields. Another 5 PCs with either Win 10 or Win 7 can access these fields as normal. Primary Admin or Admin makes no difference - I have logged in as him and can enter text as normal whereas he cannot.
Have you tried using a different browser on their device?
MS Edge doesn't like Perch it seems! We changed it to Chrome and all is fine now. Many thanks.
Can you show us your template? There are no known issues with Edge support.

I mean the Perch template for the content region you're editing.
I don't know how to show you that. Do you need to login to the account?
