Redactor II update?

Wondering if you might make the latest version of Redactor II (1.3.2) available via your developer license? Loving Redactor but there have been some improvements / bug fixes since 1.2.5.

I'm also finding that video content isn't getting wrapped in an outer div despite the Redactor documentation stating "Whenever a video embed gets into Redactor via linkify conversion (automatic conversion or Youtube and Vimeo URLs into video embeds), or via Video plugin, there will be a div with "video-container" class wrapped around the video". A fix related to video-container was issued in 1.2.6 so hoping that it might resolve it.
