Letting Clients Add New Pages

Is it possible to set up a page template and then let the client add multiple pages using this template?

For example

• we set up a page template for "school subjects". this page may have a hero image, body content and images in set places.
• the client can then add a new page and edit this page for the different subjects, such as "maths, english, science" etc and these pages would be added to the website...
