Latest assets gone

Hi, a client has recently uploaded a lot of images to several different buckets and tagged them all appropriately. I've just logged in to their admin to update a test page and added an image with no problems. I then hit 'Save and Add Another' but found that when I went to upload another image, the latest resources had completely gone!

I've checked the DB and they are no longer listed in the perch3_resources table however the tags are still present and usage count seems correct and there are 73 records in the perch3_resources_log table.

I've checked the resources folder on the server and they have also been removed from there.

I've contacted the server host and I'm waiting for a reply but just wanted to check here too so that all bases can be covered!
