Licence transfer

Hi Drew/Rachel

I’d like to transfer ownership of a licence please. I sent an email to hello@grabaperch.com yesterday with the licence key and email address of the new account. Not sure if you received it? Did I email the correct address for a transfer request?

Yes, we received it and responded.

Thanks Drew. As per your email, I’ve logged into my Perch Account and tried to update my email address. However, I get the following warning:

“An account with that email already exists. Reset your password."

I don’t understand why I get this message. As far as I know, I’ve never created an account with the email I’m trying to use. I used the email to sign up to get access to the Perch demo a long time ago but that is all. Please can you advise? I don’t want to do anything that could get me locked out of my account.
