508 Resource Limit Reached

Hi Guys

I was just trying to do a backup of my client's website. We have the backup addon installed, but after clicking the 'create backup' button the site just seemed to hang and then eventually we got a 508 page saying resource limit reached.

Is this a perch issue or a hosting issue? We can't access the site at all now. Just get the error.
