Shop App question

Do any of the current Perch shop apps (or the new Shop app) allow you to set postage rates for a product depending on the country it's being sent to?

Sorry if this is a really silly question. Out of the loop when it comes to commerce sites and trying to work out a few things in preparation for a potential project.
