Warning Message - Perch Runway Blog

Getting this warning message on Runway when using the blog. I'm tempted just to switch off my warning errors.

is this something to be concerned about

That's a permissions problem when the blog is trying to create it's cache. You need to make sure PHP can write to the resources folder.
