Editor not able to see Pages, Assets and Apps tabs
Ok, so my client wants to upload and edit one of her gallery app albums but the Apps tab has disappeared, in fact I don't think it was ever available to her.
At first I thought this was a permissions problem and logged in to check the user roles settings but everything for the Gallery was ticked on. So, I then logged in as the user myself and I could see the Page, Assets and Apps tabs with no problem in Safari. So I asked her to send me a screen shot and low and behold they aren't available on her IE browser.
Basically, everything else is there but the Pages, Assets and Apps links are just blank space, nothing there.
Do you have any idea why this would be? Is it an IE issue?
Which version of IE is she using?
She is using XP so I'm pretty sure it's an old one but I will see if I can find out.
Are you on the newest version of Perch?

Ok. It's possible that IE is choking on some of the JavaScript. We don't go back as far as Windows XP (IE 6, at a guess) to test.
I see, I have encouraged her to download a newer IE or at least Firefox but I'm not sure what browsers are available for XP so we shall see what she says.
