Perch says Resources folder not writeable, but ftp apps say it is
Hello. On a new upload, in the Perch editing window and in the Diagnostics, it's saying that the Resources folder is not writeable, yet in both Filezilla and Transmit the info is telling me that it is writeable, readable, executable. The host server is Windows. Any pointers on what may be the problem? Thanks
You would need to speak to your host and ask them that question. PHP is reporting it is not writable.
Thanks for the advice. In the site hosting control panel the permissions were also shown as OK so I left the problem overnight and this morning it is OK although I changed nothing. Maybe it just needed time. Maybe it's the position of the moon ...
