Blog Categories

Hello,

I have just uploaded the Blog app all is well and working, however I don't seem to be able to add categories?

The tabs available to me are: Add/Edit, Comments, Authors and Sections

How do I go about adding categories? Does it have to be done via the 'Categories App' ?
