Set a new password

Hi guys

First of all, happy new year. May this year be full of work and success :)

How can I set/change a password for a user? I don't see the password field, just the checkbox to send a new password by email. Am I missing something?

No, you're not missing anything. If you check the box they'll be send a new password. They can then log in and change it to something more memorable if they wish.
