Specific form value to create a generic captcha

When using the form app is there a way to create a input field that requires a specific entry to submit? An example of what I'm trying to do is have a field that says, enter the word "EXAMPLE" and if this word isn't entered exactly it won't process the form submission. Basically I'm attempting to create a generic captcha.
